Interesting way to make quiche and I've never tried it this way. I've always added flour to thicken the filling when I use pie crusts but, never thought of putting the crust in the mix. I do like this recipe though and would only add cooked sage sausage to it to complete the recipe for me. I'll have to try it, thanks.

I hope you like it Chuck! Yes - saged sausage sounds delightful - sometimes I put the veggie-style ones in. I mix it up. Mexican-themed, Tuscany-themed, Greek. It's all so v. good. Good luck, let me know how it turns out for you.
