Wild cabbage with bacon

- 300 grams of sliced wild cabbage shopping list
- 150 grams of diced bacon shopping list
- 1 soup spoon of butter shopping list
- shoyu sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Slice around 7 big leaves of wild cabbage (around 300 grams)
- Dice 150 grams of bacon
- Fry the bacon to the point it tastes better to you (reserve it)
- In a regular, medium pan, melt a soup spoon of butter, add the sliced wild cabbage, stir a bit, and wait for a couple of minutes
- Add the diced bacon to the pan with the cabbage, stir, and let it cook for around 2 more minutes
- Add some shoyu sauce as you wish, stir, and let the cabbage cook for another couple of minutes (keep stirring as needed, avoiding to burn the cabbage)
- Serve it hot
