How to make it

  • Slice around 7 big leaves of wild cabbage (around 300 grams)
  • Dice 150 grams of bacon
  • Fry the bacon to the point it tastes better to you (reserve it)
  • In a regular, medium pan, melt a soup spoon of butter, add the sliced wild cabbage, stir a bit, and wait for a couple of minutes
  • Add the diced bacon to the pan with the cabbage, stir, and let it cook for around 2 more minutes
  • Add some shoyu sauce as you wish, stir, and let the cabbage cook for another couple of minutes (keep stirring as needed, avoiding to burn the cabbage)
  • Serve it hot
