Ingredients
  • 300 grams of sliced wild cabbage
  • 150 grams of diced bacon
  • 1 soup spoon of butter
  • Shoyu sauce

Directions
  1. Slice around 7 big leaves of wild cabbage (around 300 grams)
  2. Dice 150 grams of bacon
  3. Fry the bacon to the point it tastes better to you (reserve it)
  4. In a regular, medium pan, melt a soup spoon of butter, add the sliced wild cabbage, stir a bit, and wait for a couple of minutes
  5. Add the diced bacon to the pan with the cabbage, stir, and let it cook for around 2 more minutes
  6. Add some shoyu sauce as you wish, stir, and let the cabbage cook for another couple of minutes (keep stirring as needed, avoiding to burn the cabbage)
  7. Serve it hot
