Ingredients
  • Lean Pork Cutlets or Chops (1 per person.
  • 1 large Baking Apple .
  • Small Packet of Sage and Onion Stuffing
  • A little Butter

Directions
  1. Light oven - if Gas - to No.7 t- to heat ready.
  2. Place the Pork Cutlets in the Base of a Casserole Dish large enough so that each Cutlet is separate.
  3. Peel and thinly slice a Baking Apple, placing the slices on the top of the Cutlets.
  4. Mix the packet of Sage and Onion with Hot Water
  5. Spread this across the top of your Cutlets.
  6. Dot the mixture with small knobs of butter - not too much.
  7. Cover your Casserole with lid and place in the centre of your Oven
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. This can be served with small new potatoes - as desired and whichever green vegetable you prefer.
  10. I like Broccali, Peas or Runner Beans.

Glad you like the sound of these. I find them delicious. It takes away the fattiness often found with Pork.
