Mexican Cheese Ball Recipe
A three cheese ball that is good and festive for the Holidays or anytime.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup taco sauce (your favorite one)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 0z)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup chopped black olives

Directions
  1. In mixer bowl or food processor, blend cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup black olives for garnish.
  3. Stir to blend.
  4. Shape mixture into a ball.
  5. Place remaining oilves on wax paper; press around shaped ball.
  6. Cover; chill 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Yeild....1 (6" ball)
