How to make it

  • Ground shallot, garlic, candle nut, and chilis, coriander powder into a very fine paste.
  • add 2 tbs of the paste and 4 tbs of sweet soy sauce, Marinate chicken with for at least 1 hours
  • with a little oil on low or medium heat, saute the paste until fragrant.
  • Add ground peanuts, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper and water.
  • Mix well and slowly bring to a boil. add lime juice.
  • put 4 or pieces of chicken on bamboo skewers
  • Grill satay for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
