Spinach Cabrini Recipe
This is an extremely easy and fairly quick main course that is a family favorite. The combination of the different ingredients produces a rich, tasty meal. It is ideal served with a loaf of Italian bread and a toss salad.

Ingredients
  • 9 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 10 ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms,sliced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • dash of oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
  1. Break spaghetti in half.
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente and drain.
  3. At the same time cook the spinach and drain.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
  5. Place in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  6. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
