Itsy Bitsy Pecan Crispies Recipe
These little dainty pecan crispies will melt in your mouth. Perfect for a cookie tray. Recipe can be doubled and cookies can be made larger. They are so delicious, you won't believe it!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions
  1. In mixer bowl, with mixer, cream butter and sugar well
  2. Add lightly beaten egg, mix again
  3. Add flour and chopped nuts
  4. Mix gently
  5. Drop a scant teaspoon onto lightly greased* cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes
  7. *May use parchment paper
