Red Raspberry Dessert

- 1 can Eagle Brand milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 packages frozen raspberries, using juice shopping list
- 1 medium size angel food cake shopping list
- 1 pint whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In 9 X 13 casserole dish, break cake into small pieces
- In bowl, mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice
- Thaw raspberries
- In large mixer bowl, whip cream
- Add thawed berries to whipped cream, folding in
- Add chopped pecans
- Blend this carefully with the Eagle Brand mixture
- Pour this mixture over the cake pieces, working in between the pieces
- Freeze
- When ready to serve, cut in squares
- NOTE: HAVE REFRIGERATED THE DESSERT WITHOUT FREEZING.
