Red Raspberry Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand Milk

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 packages frozen raspberries, using juice

1 medium size Angel Food cake

1 pint whipping cream

1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

In 9 X 13 casserole dish, break cake into small pieces

In bowl, mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice

Thaw raspberries

In large mixer bowl, whip cream

Add thawed berries to whipped cream, folding in

Add chopped pecans

Blend this carefully with the Eagle Brand mixture

Pour this mixture over the cake pieces, working in between the pieces

Freeze

When ready to serve, cut in squares

NOTE: HAVE REFRIGERATED THE DESSERT WITHOUT FREEZING.
