How to make it

  • In 9 X 13 casserole dish, break cake into small pieces
  • In bowl, mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice
  • Thaw raspberries
  • In large mixer bowl, whip cream
  • Add thawed berries to whipped cream, folding in
  • Add chopped pecans
  • Blend this carefully with the Eagle Brand mixture
  • Pour this mixture over the cake pieces, working in between the pieces
  • Freeze
  • When ready to serve, cut in squares
  • NOTE: HAVE REFRIGERATED THE DESSERT WITHOUT FREEZING.
