I got this recipe from a friend who obviously doesn't worry about her figure.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of bacon, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can full of half and half
  • 2 cans French-style green beans, drainied
  • 1-2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Begin cooking bacon in a large skillet. When bacon is halfway cooked, add ground beef or turkey and brown. Drain, remove from pan and put in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add onion to meat mixture.
  3. Add soups and half and half.
  4. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Mix to combine.
  6. Stir in green beans.
  7. Pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  9. Top with tater tots, distributing evenly..
  10. Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1-1/2 hours (depends on the oven - start checking after an hour)

We do much of the same recipe, only we do corn instead of green beans and add tater tots in the mix as well as on top!
