Festive Pistachio Cake

This cake gives you a helping hand with a cake mix. Very easy to make and soooooooooo yummie and pretty. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. Set aside.
Mix all ingredient together with electric mixer in large bowl. Pour
into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done when wooden pick inserted in center comes our clean.
Place pan on rack and cool slightly; remove cake from pan and cool completely before frosting.
Pistachio Frosting:
Place all ingredients in medium bowl. Whip with electric mixer until
combined and fluffy.

This is quick and easy to make. The cake was moist and it holds well even after several days (if there's any still around!). Thanks!

I like the pistachio frosting. I have been looking for a pistachio frosting or mousse, so I will have to check this one out. Thanks Henrie.
