- 1 kilo boneless skinned chicken breast cut in cubes shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes cut in broad sizes shopping list
- 1 green capsicum cut into slices shopping list
- 2 yellow capsicum cut into slices shopping list
- 1 green hot chilli chiopped after removing the seeds shopping list
- 3 large onions chopped coarsly shopping list
- 3 large tomatoes chopped finely shopping list
- 1 large onion cut into thick slices shopping list
- 4 gloves garlic crushed well shopping list
- 1 inch ginger chopped finely shopping list
- 1 tea spoon garam masala shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon red hot chilli powder shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon haldi (tumeric) powder shopping list
- 1/2 tea spoon dhuniya (coriender seeds) powder shopping list
- 1 tea spoon salt shopping list
- 1 tea spoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 tea spoon ground coriender shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegitable oil or butter shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions, add the garlic, ginger, chilli powder, coriender powder, dhuniya, black pepper and chopped tomatoes, cover and simmer until the tomatoes become soft, about 10 minutes
- Add chicken peices, salt and cook for 15 minutes.
- In a frying pan add 2 table spoons of oil and fry the capsicum, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and garam masala for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken, mix and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve with Basmati rice sprinckle with fried raisens and shelled pistashio
