How to make it

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions, add the garlic, ginger, chilli powder, coriender powder, dhuniya, black pepper and chopped tomatoes, cover and simmer until the tomatoes become soft, about 10 minutes
  • Add chicken peices, salt and cook for 15 minutes.
  • In a frying pan add 2 table spoons of oil and fry the capsicum, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and garam masala for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken, mix and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve with Basmati rice sprinckle with fried raisens and shelled pistashio
  • Enjoy

    Pluto, this sounds amazing...I love curries, and I'm always looking for differant ways to make them. (I have to look up 'haldi' & 'dhuniya' powders, though; hope I can find them or some substitutes..) Thank you for posting this :)
