Soft and chewy, a bit different than a traditional choc chunk cookie. Totally irresistable. The hint of cinnamon and oatmeal makes them great for this season too.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp whole milk or cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup ground oats (optional but really nice)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks

Directions
  1. cream butter and sugars
  2. add egg, vanilla, milk and mix
  3. add dry ingredients except chocoate and mix
  4. add chocolate and mix
  5. bake at 250 for 8 minutes or untl crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
