Irresistable choc chunk cookies

Soft and chewy, a bit different than a traditional choc chunk cookie. Totally irresistable. The hint of cinnamon and oatmeal makes them great for this season too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp whole milk or cream shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground oats (optional but really nice) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks shopping list
How to make it
- cream butter and sugars
- add egg, vanilla, milk and mix
- add dry ingredients except chocoate and mix
- add chocolate and mix
- bake at 250 for 8 minutes or untl crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
