Irresistable Choc Chunk Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

3 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 tbsp whole milk or cream

1 tsp cinnamon

1 2/3 cups flour

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup ground oats (optional but really nice)

1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks

Directions

cream butter and sugars

add egg, vanilla, milk and mix

add dry ingredients except chocoate and mix

add chocolate and mix

bake at 250 for 8 minutes or untl crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
