Stout Irishmans Bread

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 cups whole-wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp honey shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 12oz dark beer shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flours, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour in honey, oil and beer, beating until a stiff batter is formed.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.

I made the bread,even tho it cost me my last bottle of beer,and we both had a warm slice.It was well worth the beer.Very good.ThankPS: I made a photo of the bread but you have one posted,so I didn't post it..Bob
