This is my favorite easy meal. I put it in the crock pot and let it cook while I am at work. It is the best smell to come home to.

- 1 package Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup water

Ingredients

beef roast shopping list
1 package ranch dressing mix shopping list
1 package brown gravy mix shopping list
1 package Italian dressing mix shopping list
1 cup water shopping list

How to make it

Mix together packets and water in a bowl. Put roast in crock pot and pour mixture over the top of the roast. Cook on low for 8 hours.

My family loved this! I have two picky boys and a picky husband. It's not often they all rave about a meal. I did not have to tweek this recipe. It made it's own gravy and we served them over garlic mashed potatoes. Egg noodles would probably work too. Super fast to make. I threw this together before we went off to church in less than 2 minutes. (I had trimmed the roast the night before)

It sounds great and is so easy! I am going to make it now and have it cooking over night on LOW (like you say it!) until tomorrow morning. I will let you know how much my family liked it! I have a pretty picky 9 year old! I will have noodles with it!
