Got a new cookbook today! Haven't had time to try this but definitely will soon! Serve this hot or warm with ice cream.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (about 18 oz.) chocolate cake mix
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
Directions
- Coat crock-pot slow cooker with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. (Do not overbeat) Transfer to crock-pot slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on Low 3 to 4 hours on on High 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
- After cake has finished cooking, allow it to cool in the stoneware at least 5 minutes before removing.
