How to make it

  • Coat crock-pot slow cooker with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. (Do not overbeat) Transfer to crock-pot slow cooker.
  • Cover; cook on Low 3 to 4 hours on on High 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
  • After cake has finished cooking, allow it to cool in the stoneware at least 5 minutes before removing.
