A different twist on sweet potato casserole, extra yummy! Sweet peaches, yams & marshmallows! *wink* Perfect Holiday fare!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 (17oz) cans yams, drained
  • 1 (16oz) can peaches drained
  • 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions
  1. Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg.
  2. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles course crumbs.
  3. Add nuts.
  4. Arrange yams and peaches in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
  8. Broil until lightly browned (about 5 minutes)
  9. Makes 6 servings.
