Crunchy Bacon Coleslaw Recipe
This is a different type of coleslaw from the usual, but very yummie with the added peanuts and bacon. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Salted Peanuts, chopped
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Directions
  1. MIX dressing, sugar and vinegar in large bowl.
  2. ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour or until
  3. ready to serve.
  4. Shortcut:
  5. Substitute 1 pkg. (8 oz.) coleslaw blend for shredded green and red
  6. cabbage.
  7. Substitute 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for cooked and
  8. crumbled OSCAR MAYER Bacon.

Made this for a carry in picnic. Everyone loved it. The peanuts add a nice crunch, red cabbage adds a nice color.


Got cabbage from the garden ready n was looking for a good slaw recipe, this one sounds good. Nice Post.
