How to make it

  • Brown hamburger meat & drain
  • Add all ingredients to large pot or slow cooker. Simmer for 2 hours on high or on low all day. . . then high for an hour
  • Crumble tortilla chips in bottom of bowl. Add soup. Top with shredded cheddar and sour cream. (I add hot sauce too. . . homemade of course)
  • Use less water for more stew consistency.
