Ingredients

Taco Soup

1-lb Ground Beef

1 Can Stewed Tomatoes

1 Can Ro-Tel Tomatoes

1 Can Cream Style Corn

I Can Whole Corn

1 Can Pinto Beans

1 Can Black Beans

1 Can Kidney Beans

1 Can Ranch Style Beans

1 pkg (envelope) taco seasoning

1 pkg (envelope) Ranch Dressing mix

1-2 Cups Water

Directions

Brown hamburger meat & drain

Add all ingredients to large pot or slow cooker. Simmer for 2 hours on high or on low all day. . . then high for an hour

Crumble tortilla chips in bottom of bowl. Add soup. Top with shredded cheddar and sour cream. (I add hot sauce too. . . homemade of course)

Use less water for more stew consistency.
