How to make it

  • Stir fry the potatoes and onions in oil
  • Add the gochujang, gochugaru, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and a little water.
  • Cover and turn down the heat.
  • Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  • Serve with sesame seeds as garnish. Can be served hot or chilled.

Add some water and simmer covered   Close
Finished   Close

    I love potatoes and I love chili, but I never thought to put red pepper paste on potatoes. I'll have to try this recipe soon. Thanks!

    That's amazing! My fiancee's mouth fell to the floor when she saw that everyone loved it so much they wanted her recipe.

    Note, the nice looking food is from her. The nasty looking stuff (Budae Jjigae) is mine.
