Traditional Pinoy menudo.....can have added spices or any variance if recipe as there are several recipes. Just double recipe is more is needed

Down here... It is the hangover cure.. that's why it is served on Sundays! I will post mine too.. who knows there might be someone with a BIG hangover!!

There's no tripe in my menudo recipe. those are pork fat. should have taken a mexican menudo. thats filipino one.
