Everyone knows that garlic is a great thing to fix what ails you. The only problem is that for it to to its job well, its got to be raw! Olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar are a fantastic combo, it makes this so palatable and eaten twice in a day when you feel a cold or flu coming, just might stop it in its tracks! Ingredients

2 large cloves of garlic ~grate in your microplane or mince as small as possible shopping list
a small handful of grated Parmesan ~ or more if you like ;) shopping list
olive oil shopping list
balsamic vinegar shopping list
salt shopping list
Crushed red pepper shopping list
A good chunk of french or Italian bread. shopping list

How to make it

Mix everything together and dip your bread into it!
