Ingredients
  • Caramel sugar
  • 250 ml Cream (1 cup)
  • Bread dough (1 kg; 35 oz; 2.2 pound)

Directions
  1. Grease a round casserole dish.
  2. Pour enough caramel brown sugar to cover the bottom.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls.
  4. Fit them tightly together.
  5. Pour cream over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle sugar on top of rolled dough to taste.
  7. Let stand in warm place to double in size.
  8. Bake about 40 minutes at 180 deg C (360 deg F).
  9. Enjoy
