Ingredients
  • Beef Cubes (apprx. 0.5cm) - 500 grm
  • Okra (frozen is ok)- 1000 grm
  • Garlic - 6 gloves
  • Tomatoes (canned will do) - 350 grm (or 1 can)
  • Chicken Stock - 1 cube
  • Water - 300 grm
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil (dry)
  • Thyme (dry)

Directions
  1. Fry finely shredded garlic in oilve oil
  2. Add beef cubes & let it fry until brownish
  3. Blend tomatoes with chicken stock & water
  4. Add tomato mixture to beef & garlic
  5. Let it stew for 25 minutes
  6. Add basil & thyme
  7. And after 5 minutes - enjoy!
