Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together but cheese.
  • After thoroughly mixed, roll out onto wax paper in a rectangle
  • Spread cheese on top evenly.
  • Roll up jelly-roll style and place in a loaf pan.
  • Seal edges so the cheese doesn't leak out.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  • Serve.
  • Let the mmmmmm's begin

    Sounds really good! However, I don't have any brown rice on hand so I am putting oatmeal and wheat germ in place of the rice. At this very moment, the oven is preheating and I just rolled the cheese into the loaf.
    Mmmmmmm...eat loaf tonight!

    Your'e quite welcome. Don't forget the cheese in the middle. I forgot to add that I doubled this recipe and it still turned out excellent. I also used Famous Dave's Goergia Mustard instead of normal mustard.
