Seabolts Smoked Salmon Pate Recipe

Smokey spread that's easy and great for company. Serve w/your prefered cracker or thin bread.

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb cream cheese
- 1/4 lb smoked salmon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp minced dried onion
- 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Mayo or lemon juice, for thinning (optional) - I like it thick.
Directions
- Blend all ingredients and thin down w/mayo or lemon, if desired
- (I use my food processor)
- Serve with crackers or bread.
- I also serve with apples....NW recipe, gotta have apples!

Oh yes, I love this stuff - I especially love it on my morning bagel...not so great for the breath, but the flavor is fantastic on a nicely toasted bagel!
