Ingredients
  • 1/2 gallon apple cider
  • 1 pint cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. whole allspice
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • Lemon studded with cloves
  • Orange slices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cup rum (or MORE!)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingedients in large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few hours.
  3. Tip - Add the alcohol late so it keeps it's potency.
  4. Makes: 3 quarts

This sounds really great!


I'd say add the alcohol right before pouring, 'cause I wouldn't want to lose any! Ha!
