Yep, that'll keep the eggs tender, the yolks perfect -- and, easy to peel with none of that sulphury-greeny (yuck!) stuff going on :)
Great post! I don't boil my eggs any other way :)

Thanks for the lesson :)

Exellent, I have never tried the ice bath before thanks for the tip.

This is a great tip - it works great!!!
I do mine sort of like this as well - except I boil for five minutes then turn off the heat and cover for 15 minutes. I also pierce my eggs before I boil them.

Thanks for the tips.. I hate when the eggs have that green ring around the yolk or worse yet when you can't get the shell off.

Thanks for the tip. Will pass this on to my boyfriend, he's forever asing me how to boil eggs.

Very interesting concept Many people boil thier eggs to death Oh Lord spare me from overly hard boiled eggs and under cooked ones too

Sounds good Wyne.I do believe the vinegar is a new one on me

Thanks

I have to try this. I always have problems with eggs not peeling easily.

Thanks!
