Dill Dip

- 1 cup dry curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 teaspoons finely minced flat leaf parsley or cilantro shopping list
- 2 teaspoons finely minced tops of scallions shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic made into a paste shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Process cottage cheese and mayonnaise in food processor until it is the texture of sour cream.
- Add remaining ingredients to work bowl of processor fitted with the steel blade and process for 2 minutes occasionally scraping down the sides.
- Chill before serving.
