Roasted Sage Potatoes

Love sage and potatoes - nice side dish with chicken or fish
Ingredients
- 5 large russet potatoes, cut into large chunks shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- ½ teaspoon salt shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried sage shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter or butter flavored Crisco shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Toss the ingredients together in a shallow roasting pan.
- Cover with foil, and cook, stirring twice, for 90 minutes.
