How to make it
- Peel the vegetables and dice them small
- Add stock cubes, chicken juices (optional) and four pints of water.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for approx 30 minutes
- Leave to cool a little before blending
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper
- Add a dollop of cream before serving
