Ingredients
  • 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
  • 2-3 ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 2 GREEN PEPPERS, CHOPPED
  • 6-8 CELERY STALKS, CHOPPED
  • 1 LRG. PKG LASAGNE NOODLES
  • 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
  • 2 TSP. SALT
  • 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
  • 1 CAN MUSHROOMS
  • 1/2 TO 1 LB SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED

Directions
  1. BROWN MEAT
  2. COOK NOODLES IN BOILING WATER UNTIL TENDER
  3. COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS WITH 1/2 CHEESE
  4. PLACE IN LARGE CASSEROLE
  5. SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP
  6. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES
