- 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
- 2-3 ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 2 GREEN PEPPERS, CHOPPED
- 6-8 CELERY STALKS, CHOPPED
- 1 LRG. PKG LASAGNE NOODLES
- 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
- 2 TSP. SALT
- 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
- 1 CAN MUSHROOMS
- 1/2 TO 1 LB SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
Directions
- BROWN MEAT
- COOK NOODLES IN BOILING WATER UNTIL TENDER
- COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS WITH 1/2 CHEESE
- PLACE IN LARGE CASSEROLE
- SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP
- BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES
