Old family recipe that makes it onto the table for every family gathering.

Ingredients
  • 8oz Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2.5oz jar of Sliced Dry Beef - cut into small pieces
  • 2.5 tbs dry Chives
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Pecans - finely chopped

Directions
  1. mix all together by hand.
  2. roll into wax paper and refridgerate over night.
  3. serve ONLY in a glass container with crackers.

I don't think I have seen a jar of chipped beef. I used packages usually found with the lunch meat.
