Cream of Chick Pea Soup

- 1 15 oz. can chick peas, drained shopping list
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced prosciutto or ham shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese to top soup shopping list
How to make it
- Blend chick peas in blender until smooth.
- Blend in evaporated milk
- Heat olive oil in saute pan and add prosciutto and onion. Cook until onion is tender
- Stir in chick pea mixture, salt and pepper, and heat through.
- Top servings of soup with cheese.
