    Hello Trish,

That is my cousin's name...and she is a sweetheart!

I have seen this one on the KRAFT mayonnaise website and in promotional recipe booklets that I have. I've never tried it but heck, I've got the chicken breasts, I have plenty of lowfat mayonnaise and Italian breadcrumbs so it spells BAKED BREADED CHICKEN!

    THANKS!

Too easy and finger-licking delicious! My chicken parts were not completely defrosted when they went into the 350 oven. After 20 mins, I checked, and turned the oven up to 375. After about 15 mins. I turned it over, and let it bake for about 20 more minutes. A real keeper! thank you Ms. Dixiediner! Trish

This sounds like a yummie alternative to fried chicken.

Thank you for something that is good for us! Can I use reduced fat mayo? Not the fat free but reduced?
