- 1 ONION (SIZE DEPENDENT ON TOLERANCE)
- GRATED CHEESE (AMT DEPENDENT ON CHOLESTEROL COUNT)
- 1 OR 1 LARGE HOT CHILIS
- GENEROUS AMOUNTS OF SHREDDED LETTUCE
- TABASCO SAUCE
- CORN TOTILLAS
Directions
- DICE, CHOP, SHRED ONION, LETTUCE AND CHEESE
- PUT IN SEPERATE BOWLS
- HEAT CHILI IN WATTER TO BOIL
- SIMMER
- MINCE CHILIS
- PREPARE TORTILLAS BY FRYING IN HOT BUTTER UNTIL WARM, DO NOT FRY UNTIL CRISPY
- TEAR WARM TORTILLAS AND PLACE ON PLATTER
- COVER TORTILLAS WITH DESIRED AMOUNTS OF ONIONS, CHEESE, LETTUCE AND CHILIS
- BLASTING COMMENCES 1.5 TO 4 HOURS AFTER CUNSUMPTION
