Garlic Cheese Spread Recipe

	Nlo209 / All my dishes 1 year, 11 months ago This spread was originally intended for bread, but I have also used it on chicken breasts with delicious results. This makes enough for 3 large loaves of Italian bread. Great for Superbowl Parties Prep:15m Cook:10m Servings:20	Nlo209
	garlic cheese mayonnaise

Ingredients

20 oz. grated Pecorino Romano

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tbsp. chopped parsley

2 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic

2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

pinch cayenne pepper

dash of Tobasco

3 long loaves Italian bread

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except bread, together in a large bowl.

Split bread loaves in half lengthwise.

Spread mixture on each bread half and toast.
