This spread was originally intended for bread, but I have also used it on chicken breasts with delicious results. This makes enough for 3 large loaves of Italian bread. Great for Superbowl Parties

- 20 oz. grated Pecorino Romano
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch cayenne pepper
- dash of Tobasco
- 3 long loaves Italian bread

Ingredients

20 oz. grated Pecorino Romano shopping list
2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
2 tbsp. chopped parsley shopping list
2 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic shopping list
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
pinch cayenne pepper shopping list
dash of Tobasco shopping list
3 long loaves Italian bread shopping list

How to make it

Mix all ingredients, except bread, together in a large bowl.
Split bread loaves in half lengthwise.
Spread mixture on each bread half and toast.
