How to make it
- Wash and dry Ong-Choy, then cut into long bite size
- In a wok or frying pan, add oil and garlic cook until it golden brown, add stir-fry sauce and cook for another 2 mintues. Add ong-choy and stir about 2-3 mintues more or until coat with sauce. Place on a serving plate. Best serve over Jasime rice..ENJOY.
- If make with Black Bean Sauce...just discard all ingredients..Black Bean Sauce all come ready to make.
