Stir-fry Ong-choy

- 1 big buddle of Ong-Choy or water spinach shopping list
- regular spinach can be use if can't find shopping list
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil shopping list
- 2 glove garlic crushed shopping list
- STIR FRY SAUCE: 2 tbsp of oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp of sugar shopping list
- fish sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and dry Ong-Choy, then cut into long bite size
- In a wok or frying pan, add oil and garlic cook until it golden brown, add stir-fry sauce and cook for another 2 mintues. Add ong-choy and stir about 2-3 mintues more or until coat with sauce. Place on a serving plate. Best serve over Jasime rice..ENJOY.
- If make with Black Bean Sauce...just discard all ingredients..Black Bean Sauce all come ready to make.
