Stir-Fry Ong-Choy also knows as Water Spinach..can be fine in any Asian Market...Best serve over rice or a side dish..This dish can be make with Black Bean Sauce...

Ingredients
  • 1 big buddle of Ong-Choy or water spinach
  • regular spinach can be use if can't find
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 glove garlic crushed
  • STIR FRY SAUCE: 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • fish sauce to taste

Directions
  1. Wash and dry Ong-Choy, then cut into long bite size
  2. In a wok or frying pan, add oil and garlic cook until it golden brown, add stir-fry sauce and cook for another 2 mintues. Add ong-choy and stir about 2-3 mintues more or until coat with sauce. Place on a serving plate. Best serve over Jasime rice..ENJOY.
  3. If make with Black Bean Sauce...just discard all ingredients..Black Bean Sauce all come ready to make.

Hey I eat this like, 3 - 4 times a week. We call it 'kang kong' or water convulvulus. It's really delicious with jasmine rice and other Asian dishes. Thanks for sharing.
