Sour Cream Porkchops Recipe

Ingredients

6 Pork chops(I use bone in)

1 onion

1 -2 garlic clove

3 TBLS butter

1 bay leaf

3/4 cup broth(Chicken or veggie is fine)

1 cup sour cream

2 TSP paprika

Directions

Saute onion in butter/add garlic. Set aside

Brown chops/ Drain lower heat.

Add onions/garlic, bay leaf and broth

Cook 1 hour

Remove chops

Cook pan juices over high heat until reduced to 1/2.

Lower heat, add sour cream and paprika.

Pour over chops
