Ingredients
  • 1 5-8 Lb. Beef Brisket
  • 1 tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. The night before cooking sprinkle brisket with tenderizer, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day add nutmeg, paprika, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Wrap well in aluminum foil, this is important.
  4. Cook 5 hours in 275 degree oven.
  5. Slice thin on the diagonal.
