A wonderfully relaxing bath. I realize there are other "milk baths" on the site, but this is easy and doesn't have perfume.

Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 cup of dry milk
- 3 tea bags - Your choice of tea bags...I use rosehip, detox or sleepy time.
Directions
- Start a warm/hot bath.
- Add dry milk and tea bags to the running water.
- Steep, while reading a steamy book or listening to soothing music.
