This is very easy but it feels very fancy! It's a very light yet flavourful spread. Would be great if you are having someone over for drinks and conversation. Goes well with wine or dirty martinis...
or champers!...

i made this mistake and the result wasn't so nice...lol...still tasted good though and my friend ate more than 1/2 of it while i was making excuses about how it could have been better....
