How to make it

  • Roughly chop hearts of palm and olives in a food processor-do not puree-
  • Drizzle with oil and stir.
  • Serve in a small shallow bowl with a spreading tool along with pita wedges.
  • Enjoy!

    Be sure not to purree this...but to chop it...
    gets too watery otherwise...

    i made this mistake and the result wasn't so nice...lol...still tasted good though and my friend ate more than 1/2 of it while i was making excuses about how it could have been better....

    ha!

    sorry- white...
    i'm new to the whole truffle concept but it seems that everywhere i go out to eat these days it's on the menu...on everything from eggs to pizza---
    so i have decided to dip a toe in...
    so i am still learning...
