hearts of palm spread with truffle oil

- 1 can hearts of palm - drained and cut in 1/2 shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup pitted calamata oives -or to taste shopping list
- truffle oil shopping list
How to make it
- Roughly chop hearts of palm and olives in a food processor-do not puree-
- Drizzle with oil and stir.
- Serve in a small shallow bowl with a spreading tool along with pita wedges.
- Enjoy!
