Ingredients

How to make it

  • Brush all sided with mustard
  • Mix all herbs and seasonings in a small bowl
  • Put herbs all over roast.. Top and bottom, pushing in
  • Roast at 325 in a shallow pan, FAT SIDE UP
  • Roast till temp reaches 135 or 140
  • Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes, covered with foil
  • Slice against the grain thin
  • Serve with baked potatoe wedges and a low cal veggie
  • This is not that high of calorie or fat… And it’s BEEF!
  • Great for the beef lovers who are on a diet!
  • Enjoy!
