Vidalia Onion Dip

This couldn't be simpler, and yet looks and tastes much more complicated. My husband's aunt used to make this and when I finally got the recipe from her I couldn't believe how easy it was. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. of finely chopped vidalia onions shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- combine ingredients, sprinkle top with paprika, and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until the cheese is bubbly.
