How to make it

  • Combine: flour & spices set aside
  • beat eggs with butter & sugar
  • gradually add flour mixture & buttermilk
  • Stir in lemon peel & juice
  • Bake 350 for 12-15 mins
  • Icing: 6 oz. softened cream cheeze
  • 1/2 c softened butter
  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • Mix all together with mixer & ice cupcakes
