This is a neat citrus tasting cupcake & has been a big hit when I make it!

Ingredients
- 2 1/3 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. real butter ( softened)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 T. lemon peel
- 2 T, lemon juice
Directions
- Combine: flour & spices set aside
- beat eggs with butter & sugar
- gradually add flour mixture & buttermilk
- Stir in lemon peel & juice
- Bake 350 for 12-15 mins
- Icing: 6 oz. softened cream cheeze
- 1/2 c softened butter
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t. lemon juice
- Mix all together with mixer & ice cupcakes
