How to make it

  • Place 1 inch of water in a saucepan, add potatoes and carrots
  • Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until crisp tender
  • Drain and set aside
  • Toss the stuffing and butter
  • Spread half in a greased 13x9 baking dish
  • Top with chicken
  • In a large bowl combine soups, broth, potatoes and carrots
  • Spread evenly over chicken
  • Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture
  • Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until heated through

    Delicious comfort food. I need to make this again, since its been a while and its gotten chilly here again. Sounds like a perfect dinner this week and I have everything but the chicken. Thanks for posting it.
