Hot Bacon Cheese Dip Recipe

I had this on New Years Eve. It's delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 oz. real bacon bits (or cooked crumbled bacon)
- several dashes of Tobasco
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato, chopped
Directions
- Combine cheeses, garlic, onions, bacon bits and sour cream in a baking dish and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with chopped tomato and serve with crackers and/or tortilla chips
