Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic, ginger and chilli over a high heat for about 1 minutes.
  • Add the 8 ounces of egg noodles and stir-fry with the spices.
  • Make sure you keep stirring well for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp and onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
  • Don't overcook or the shrimp will become rubbery.
  • Add the honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
  • Allow to bubble up.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Sprinkled with fresh coriander if you have some handy.

    This was good! I didn't use any chilies because I don't like too much heat but I could see where some spicy would help. I think I'll add some chipotle chili powder to the leftovers. I assumed the egg noodles had to be cooked first so that is what I did. More details in IMI
