Ingredients

3 Tbs. each,dried basil,oregano and parsley

1 Tbs. garlic powder

1 tsp. each,onion powder,dried thyme and rosemary

1/4 tsp. each,black pepper and red pepper flakes

Directions

mix all ingredients in a spice grinder or a mortar

store in a air tight jar.

This mix worked out great. I usually mix these things together anyway but the amounts for each worked well for me. As far as the roast I cant believe I can say no leftovers. I have trouble with beef so I just rubbed your seasoning all over it and found some cooking tips on other sites and it didnt need a fork!! Woo Hoo:)) Perfect flavor and saved the ban juices for broth.
