Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Simple side dish from Ina Garten (The barefoot Contessa) My husband isn't a potato guy, but he loves these. His family was in town and they were a hit. No one could believe how easy they were.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds small red potatoes shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Quarter potatoes
- Mince garlic
- Mix above with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Roast at 450 degrees for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Remove when browned and tender
