Another of my special southern dishes. Fun to serve with corn on the cob, fresh made cole slaw and plenty of cold beer.....and if you like it as spicy as I do.....keep a fire extinguisher nearby!

Ahhhh, catfish. My grandfather used to run trotlines in Doctor's inlet off the St, Johns river in Orange Park, FL out of Whitey's Fish Camp. Man did we eat alot of catfish when I was a kid. Blackening spices are fantastic on fish, steak, and pork chops. Thanks 4 the post.
